– A temporary home that actually feels like home. No hotel room can give you the privacy, comfort, and space to spread out like our homes can.
– No utility deposits or connection/disconnection hassles, all utilities are included! We have a generous “not to exceed” policy which is more than enough with responsible usage.
– The security of real homes with good neighbors who have an investment in keeping their neighborhoods safe and clean, not the “transient” vibe of a motel.
– Fully furnished homes with well-appointed and stocked kitchens. You don’t have to live on take-out food when you have everything you need to create healthy meals at home and even have the room to entertain guests.
– We are pet-friendly!! We understand that furkids are family too, and having to make arrangements for their care is not ideal for longer stays.
– Business amenities: internet, basic office supplies, and a desk. If you’re traveling with a coworker, our homes offer creature comforts like TVs in each bedroom so you’ll always have private space while still utilizing common areas for meetings and socializing.
– We respect your privacy but are here if you need us and any issues will be resolved quickly.
– Location, location, location! In Phoenix, we are close to all major freeways, downtown Phoenix, ASU, the University of Arizona and all major hospitals. In Laguna, we are at the beach, with only a short commute to the business centers in Orange County, and equidistant from San Diego and Los Angeles for occasional meetings. Mammoth is only 4 square miles, so everything is close, but our Village location buts you right in the center of things.Our homes are truly in the middle of it all!
– No long term commitments but you will always have the option to extend your stay before we accept another booking, Hey, plans change, and we understand that.
